Why I started turning boxes
I started turning boxes after I saw a book by Richard Raffan entitled Turning Boxes. On the cover was a beautiful turned box that prompted me to purchase the book and begin teaching myself to turn wood. After several years I am still enamored with taking a small piece of wood and turning it into a box.
My goal is to turn as many different styles of box as I can using as many different species of wood as are available to me.
